Teekkarin työkirja is a job-hunting guide for the students studying engineering or architecture in Finland. It is a result of the co-operation between Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland TEK, and seven different universities and faculties around Finland that provide education in the field of engineering and architecture.
Teekkarin työkirja consists of articles meant to help students with their application processes when looking for a summer job or traineeship. Teekkarin työkirja also provides information about career planning and working life.
Teekkarin työkirja was created in 1994 to help students find summer jobs in the difficult times of recession. Since its launch over a decade ago, the contents of the book have widened. It has continually developed throughout the years to help aid the evolving needs of modern students, and presenting new opportunities as they arise.
